Edutopia is a wonderful resource for information about technology and education.  Monica Burns posted an article on Edutopia that is titled “4 Free Assessment Apps for 1:1 Classrooms”.

Free is always good!!  Some of her ideas include using Socrative to create tests, ClassDojo to track behavior management, Edmodo for homework assignments and creating quizzes, and Google Forms to create forms when you are unable to find anything else that will work for you.
